Responsibilities: * Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner. * Patrol the dining area during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, interacting with customers. * Inquire about the quality of service received and customer satisfaction with products. * Collect suggestions, feedback, and observations to support continuous service improvement. * Identify, with the customer’s consent, the name or characteristics of the table or group served for follow-up purposes. * Prepare reports indicating: * Table or group served. * Feedback on dishes. * Service quality. * Relevant suggestions or observations. Requirements: * Excellent personal appearance. * Fluent communication, empathy, and a positive attitude. * Strong service orientation and customer focus. * Availability to work at any of the locations listed. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
