We are currently seeking an Operations Intern to support the management and control of operational processes within the company. **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-year student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (preferred) * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and teamwork capability * Strong communication skills **Responsibilities:** * Support in planning, executing, and controlling operational processes * Preparation and monitoring of reports (KPIs, progress updates, incidents) * Recording and managing information in systems and databases * Coordination with various departments to ensure process compliance * Tracking of orders and requests * Identification of improvement opportunities * Support in implementing internal procedures * Document control and file organization * Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor **Working Hours:** * Full-time schedule: **7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (12 hours)** * On-site mode **Compensation:** * **S/ 1500 – S/ 1700 per month (subject to evaluation)** **Important Note:** * The stated compensation corresponds to the full-time 12-hour schedule. **Application Instructions:** * Apply via Indeed or send your CV via WhatsApp to 971 459 013 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.1,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
