Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Assistant to join the SuperPet Peru team, focused on delivering a distinctive customer experience and ensuring pet well-being. Key Highlights: 1. We are Mascotas Latinas, comprising SuperPet and SuperZoo, with over 60 pet stores across Peru and Chile. We are part of the Emefin Group, which operates over 300 stores in France (Animalis), Spain/Portugal (Kiwoko and Tiendanimal), Peru (SuperPet), and Chile (SuperZoo). The group has 80 years of experience in distribution, retail, and brand representation. · Our Purpose is to accompany our customers with specialist knowledge, offering comprehensive solutions to ensure the well-being of pets, their families, and the Happy Pets community. · We are currently seeking top talent for our SuperPet Peru team to fill the Store Assistant position: · What will your responsibilities be? Opening and closing the cash register, reconciling daily sales. Receiving and restocking merchandise. Handling POS and cash following verification procedures (e.g., bill inspection, ID request, etc.). Delivering a distinctive customer experience to make pets happy. Reporting product stock levels. Assisting with daily and monthly inventory counts. · Requirements: Completed secondary education; technical or university studies preferred. 6 months of prior experience in similar positions, preferably in sales. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability to work 6 days per week, with 1 day off.
