Job Summary: Soltrak is seeking a Technical Maintenance Advisor for Lubricants, responsible for developing product equivalencies, conducting technical visits, performing lubrication studies and audits, and training customers. We are currently seeking top talent for our Technical Maintenance Advisor position in the Lubricants area at our Callao office. Who Are We Looking For? Technical or university graduate in Automotive Mechanics, Maintenance, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in machinery maintenance. Knowledge of condition monitoring and equipment reliability. Familiarity with mobile equipment lubrication. Availability to work in Callao Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM) and Saturdays (8 AM–12 PM). What Will You Do? Develop product equivalencies for customers. Conduct technical visits or in-house technical residencies at customer facilities. Prepare and present lubrication studies and lubrication audits (collecting customer equipment and component data to determine the appropriate lubricant type). Deliver training to internal and external customers on lubrication fundamentals, lubricating greases, oil analysis interpretation, lubricant composition, and lubricant classifications and specifications. Operate thermal imaging cameras to support lubricant-related projects. Track and present lubricant product performance (performance testing).
