Main Responsibilities: - Control and preparation of staff mobility payroll. - Attendance tracking for operational and administrative staff. - Control, review, and management of staff expense reimbursements. - Preparation and distribution of internal memoranda. - Personnel documentation management: SCTR, Life Insurance Law, and database updates. - Coordination with departments to collect project reports. - Requesting and controlling documentation required for project invoicing. - Receipt and control of HES and Purchase Orders for projects. - Issuance of electronic shipping guides via SUNAT. - Tracking signatures on shipping guides, technical reports, and project closure documentation. - Uploading approved reports and budgets to platforms such as Coti Web. - Tracking and controlling documentation for tenders. - Organization and management of physical and digital project archives. - Coordination of flight and/or ticket purchases for technical staff. - Administrative support to Management and the Operations Department. Requirements: - Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within service, project-based, or technical-sector companies. - Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. - Knowledge of SUNAT electronic shipping guide issuance (desirable). - Prior experience in project document control is desirable. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain consistent follow-up.
