At Resertec S.A.C., we are a company dedicated to the maintenance and repair management of mechanical power transmission equipment for various industrial sectors. We are currently seeking Junior Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to join our team and contribute to our growth. Requirements - Graduate in Mechanical Maintenance Technology - 6 months of experience Responsibilities - Carry out required tasks following instructions and specifications outlined in work orders / technical data sheets, recording results in corresponding forms. - Perform cleaning and painting of power transmission equipment. - Conduct welding on accessories of power transmission equipment. - Support technical visits to customers nationwide. - Ensure compliance with internal Integrated Management System standards; actively participate in training on Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations to acquire and strengthen knowledge; and contribute to the company’s continuous improvement. - Perform other administrative activities and/or tasks assigned by supervisor and/or company. Benefits - Immediate enrollment in the payroll under the General Regime, with all statutory benefits effective from day one. - Promotions and salary increases based on tenure and performance. - Salary increments and promotions based on length of service and performance. - Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law, including meal coverage (lunch and dinner) when overtime is performed. - Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with one extended day until 8:30 p.m. to fulfill the weekly 48-hour requirement. - Travel allowances covered for field assignments or technical visits. - Access to EPS Rímac (optional). - Participation in national corporate agreements: Education (partner institutions), Food, Health, and Entertainment.
