Executing corporate development and performance processes and tools for G& down bands within your assigned business lines to ensure talent retention and development. Maintaining up-to-date organizational structures, job profiles, and position descriptions, and conducting thorough monitoring of personnel budget and cost controls to improve productivity and impact on business results. Coordinating and executing technical training within your business lines according to identified needs and approved budget, to strengthen a high-performance culture and develop employees. Monitoring organizational culture indicators (engagement surveys) to reinforce the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for talent attraction, retention, and development. · Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 1–2 years of work experience in similar roles such as HR Partner, Analyst, or Generalist.
