It is an exciting time to join us: we are building the future of mining with digital and automated technologies, a mindset shift, at the forefront of innovation, and designing new ways of working. · About the Role: Assist the assigned Production area with administrative tasks related to processes; ensure the supply of packaging materials and raw materials to meet the production schedule. · Responsibilities: Prepare daily production reports, shift-based production reports, weekly performance reports, and machine downtime reports. Coordinate the supply of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and consumables according to the weekly production schedule. Disseminate the plant personnel deployment schedule among employees. Prepare the monthly plant expense report. Report on plant effluent services. Manage, monitor, and ensure all information impacting the area’s KPIs. Coordinate changes in scheduling and personnel assignments within the plant. Update plant performance indicator dashboards. Coordinate the generation of work orders for semi-finished and finished products. (SAP) Provide support to achieve the plant’s established Safety objectives. · Requirements: Technical studies in Administration (completed) Prior experience working in industrial plants, in administration of manufacturing operational processes (minimum 2 years) Intermediate Office software knowledge ERP SAP production module knowledge (preferred) Power BI knowledge recommended · Competencies: Empathetic Efficient interaction with area managers and support departments Effective communication skills Time management skills Work ethic Work organization Ability to manage workplace climate WORKING CONDITIONS: Full-time work schedule.
