Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. **What do we expect from you?** * Completion of a technical degree in Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in the financial sector. * Advanced knowledge of intangible product sales, banking, financial, and/or insurance sectors. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Intermediate-level English language proficiency. * Intermediate-level knowledge of current economic and political affairs. * Knowledge of the Private Pension System. * Compliance with current SBS regulations required to assume this position. **What challenges will you face?** * Carry out weekly work planning required to achieve business objectives. * Ensure proper handover of prospects from the respective segment. * Ensure execution of service visits according to the schedule established by Management (every 4 months) for the Assigned Portfolio. * Timely and efficient execution of all tasks required to fulfill the value proposition. * Perform administrative duties related to transfers and registration of affiliate visits. * Uphold corporate image aspects (personal appearance, confidentiality, punctuality, and service). * Actively participate in scheduled events for clients within your assigned portfolio.
