Position Summary: A leading entertainment company is seeking a Traditional Channel Manager to design and execute commercial plans, lead teams, and supervise operations to achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement the company's strategic commercial plan. 2. Manage and lead commercial teams toward achieving targets. 3. Identify business opportunities and potential markets. A prominent company in the entertainment and gambling industry is currently seeking a **Traditional Channel Manager**. **What will be your challenge?** * Design and execute the commercial plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives. * Manage and lead the commercial team by setting targets and monitoring their achievement. * Identify business opportunities, potential markets, and new customers. * Directly supervise Operations Supervisors to ensure fulfillment of their responsibilities. * Oversee the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—ensuring process efficiency and quality. * Analyze commercial and market metrics to adjust strategies and make informed decisions. * Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure a consistent and competitive value proposition. * Conduct benchmarking to study competitors and inform the Commercial Management team. * Ensure optimal operation of assigned stores. * Ensure availability of valid documentation required for proper functioning. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Manager or Operations Manager roles. * Preferred specialization in Commercial Management, Strategic Sales, or Team Leadership. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI. **Offer and Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. * Hybrid work mode: Surco. * General labor regime payroll. * Corporate benefits.
