Consorcio de Belleza is a company dedicated to the sale and distribution of cosmetic and beauty products. We are looking for a passionate Content and UGC (User Generated Content) Creator interested in makeup, skincare, and digital trends. Your mission will be to create authentic and engaging content for our brands Flormar, Byphasse, DMujeres, and others, helping us connect with our community and strengthen our brand presence on social media. Key Responsibilities: * Create videos and reels showcasing products, tutorials, routines, and genuine reviews (appearing on camera). * Produce UGC content with a natural, relatable style aligned with current trends. * Develop creative concepts and participate in in-store/office filming sessions. * Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule and measure post performance. * Contribute fresh ideas and innovative formats for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Requirements: * Prior experience creating content or working as a UGC creator (portfolio or sample reels required). * Comfort speaking on camera and communicating naturally. * Passion for beauty, makeup, and personal care. * Basic knowledge of video recording and editing (CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar tools). * Full-time on-site availability in Surco.
