Use of AI to optimize designs and creative processes **Graphic Designer – Packaging, Branding \& Digital Content** Grupo HDSH \| San Isidro Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Full-time Working Hours: (Monday to Saturday) **Responsibilities** \* Design boxes, packaging, and packaging materials for makeup, skincare, and beauty products. \* Develop branding and visual identity proposals for new collections and seasonal launches. \* Design social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms). \* Perform photo and video editing for digital campaigns. \* Create advertising assets for print and digital media. \* Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize designs, generate visual content, and enhance creative processes. \* Maintain a modern, elegant visual identity aligned with beauty market trends. **Requirements** \* **Graduate in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields.** \* Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design. \* Experience in packaging and branding (mandatory). \* **Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro or CapCut, and Canva.** \* Familiarity with AI tools for design and editing (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, among others). \* Experience in photo and video editing for social media. \* Knowledge of digital marketing and content trends in the beauty sector. \* Intermediate or advanced English (preferred). \* **Updated portfolio** (mandatory). **We are looking for a candidate who is** \* Creative and innovative. \* Possesses excellent aesthetic judgment. \* Organized and results-oriented. \* Passionate about the beauty, makeup, and skincare industries.
