Job Summary: Design and develop graphic assets for digital and print campaigns, ensuring brand visual identity consistency and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation of designs for social media, banners, email campaigns, and websites. 2. Development of graphic materials for promotional campaigns and product launches. 3. Design of printed materials such as flyers, business cards, and packaging. Design and develop graphic assets for digital, print, and point-of-sale campaigns, ensuring consistent, appealing, and commercially and marketing-aligned brand visual identity. Responsibilities: Create designs for social media posts, reels, stories, banners, email campaigns, and websites. Develop graphic materials for promotional campaigns, product launches, and commercial activations. Design printed materials such as flyers, business cards, stickers, and packaging. Create product mockups, gift boxes, and decorations. Adapt assets according to format and medium requirements. Coordinate with marketing and production teams for campaign development. Organize and properly archive all editable files and final versions. Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose visual concepts. Ensure all materials meet quality standards and brand guidelines. Requirements: Graduate or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience designing for consumer brands or retail (preferred). Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere (mandatory). Knowledge of After Effects (preferred). Creativity, organization, and ability to work under pressure. Availability for full-time, in-person work in Miraflores. We look forward to welcoming you!
