Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead the strategic marketing plan, multichannel campaigns, and brand communication and positioning at an inflatable water park. Manage the marketing budget and analyze KPIs for decision-making. **SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR – FLYING SQUIRREL** We are searching for top talent for the position of Senior Marketing Coordinator at the Flying Squirrel Inflatable Water Park, an entertainment venue located at Jockey Plaza. Main Responsibilities * Design, execute, and optimize the annual marketing strategic plan. * Lead multichannel campaigns (digital, content, performance, branding, and activations). * Define and oversee the brand communication and positioning strategy. * Coordinate and develop the marketing team and external vendors. * Manage the marketing budget and ensure its proper allocation. * Analyze KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI for decision-making. * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, and Executive teams. * Identify market opportunities, trends, and new audiences. * Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all brand touchpoints. * Drive innovation initiatives and continuous improvement. Requirements * University degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including senior or leadership roles. * Strong experience in digital marketing, branding, and growth strategies. * Advanced proficiency in analytics and performance tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM). * Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams. * Strategic planning capability.
