About the Company At Listo Taxi, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant who will contribute to the accurate control and recording of the company's accounting, financial, and administrative operations. Responsibilities Accounting Records: recording purchase invoices, sales invoices, fee receipts, and credit/debit notes. Recording and controlling accounting operations in the system. Treasury: performing bank reconciliations, managing petty cash, and recording deductions or withholdings. Accounts Receivable and Payable: monitoring invoice due dates and managing supplier payments. Documentary control and accounting archiving. Declarations and Reports: preparing and filing monthly sworn declarations, and supporting the structuring of Financial Statements. Expense reimbursement control, petty cash, and administrative expenses. Preparing accounting and financial reports. Coordinating with various departments of the company to ensure compliance with internal processes. Requirements Graduate, Bachelor's, or Technical degree in Accounting. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Knowledge of deductions, withholdings, and perceptions. Proficiency in the CONCAR accounting system (mandatory). Desirable experience in companies within the automotive, transportation, or services sectors. Competencies Organization and order.
