Continuous learning We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant - Public Procurement who wishes to grow within the field of commercial processes and state contracting. Requirements: * Graduate of technical programs in Computing, Nursing, Pharmacy, Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) * Strong organizational skills, document management capability, and service quality orientation. * Availability to work in Miraflores from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:36 PM. Responsibilities: * Register and track sales orders, quotations, and purchase requests. * Coordinate with logistics, sales, and technical management teams to ensure timely deliveries. * Maintain up-to-date customer and sales databases. * Respond to customer inquiries (email, online store) and provide post-sales support. * Organize and manage required documentation (forms, certificates, attachments, etc.).
