Job Summary: We are seeking a TIG Welder Assistant to support welding operations, material preparation, structural assembly, and tool handling, with priority given to orderliness and safety. A company specializing in metalworking and general mechanical fabrication is currently seeking technical personnel to fill the position of: **TIG Welder Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Support for TIG welding processes * Material preparation (cleaning, beveling, tack welding) * Assistance in assembling structures, ducts, and metallic components * Handling and supporting the use of tools such as grinders, drills, oxy-cutting equipment, among others * Support in welding thin plates, stainless steel, pipes, and lightweight structures * Basic blueprint interpretation and support in executing work according to specifications * Workplace organization and cleanliness * Compliance with industrial safety regulations **Requirements:** * Technical education (completed or ongoing) in Welding or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience as a welding assistant or in metalworking roles * Basic knowledge of TIG welding (preferred) * Familiarity with manual and electric tools * Knowledge of safety regulations * No police record (to be verified) * Responsibility, discipline, and willingness to learn * Ability to work in a team and under pressure * Availability for overtime and on-site work (outside Lima) **Position Type:** * Contract duration to be determined * Full-time * Salary range: S/. 1800.00 – S/. 2500.00 per month Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Experience: * More than 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
