Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with other departments A leading national company in logistics operations outsourcing, with over 20 years of experience in the industry, is looking for a Billing Assistant for its main office in Bellavista, Callao. · REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Technical skills: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts). Knowledge of electronic receipt issuance. Analytical ability and teamwork skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM / SATURDAY, 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM · RESPONSIBILITIES: Receipt Issuance: Generate and issue invoices, receipts, and service orders. Collection Management: Monitor due dates, send account statements, and reconcile received payments against issued invoices. Customer Service: Resolve billing-related queries and coordinate with the commercial or finance departments.
