Operation of industrial equipment and quality and hygiene control Job Objective Ensure efficient large-volume food preparation while complying with quality, hygiene, and production timing standards, as well as leading the kitchen team during operations. Requirements: • Academic background • Technical or partial/completed studies in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields Experience • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in: • High-volume cooking (cafeterias, concessionaires, high-demand restaurants) • Team leadership experience Main Responsibilities • Prepare food for large-scale (high-volume) production according to recipes and daily schedules • Operate equipment correctly, including: • Industrial ovens • Industrial mixers • Coordinate with kitchen assistant staff • Verify compliance with quality, taste, and presentation standards • Ensure adherence to food hygiene and handling regulations • Complete and verify control forms (production, cleaning, temperatures, etc.) • Monitor cooking and dispatch times • Report production incidents or deviations Working Conditions • Work location: Ate Vitarte (near Tagore bus stop) • Schedule: 6:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. • Meals provided • Compensation: Market-competitive Work Location: On-site employment . -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary school 1 year of experience Keywords: chef, cook
