What will be your responsibilities? Carry out tasks related to dough preparation, baking, demolding, bagging, and labeling—or as assigned across different production stages. Operate assigned equipment according to the process and production line. Comply with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices policies. Attend punctually according to assigned shifts. What do you need? Availability to work in Carmen de la Legua (Callao). Residence in areas near the Callao Plant. Availability to work rotating shifts. Availability to work 8–12 hour shifts (overtime pay provided). What benefits will you receive? Compensation of S/. 1130. Overtime pay above legal requirements (9th and 10th hours paid at 31%; 11th and 12th hours paid at 40%). Night shift bonus. Weekly payments (every Friday). Bonus of S/. 300 for perfect punctuality and attendance.
