Responsibilities: * Preparation of juices, soft drinks, lemonades, and fruit-based beverages. * Preparation of hot and cold beverages. * Customer service and order fulfillment at the bar. * Preparation of mise en place prior to service. * Maintaining adequate stock levels at the bar throughout operations. * Inventory control of supplies, fruits, and beverages. * Maintaining continuous order and cleanliness in the area. * Washing and maintenance of barware. * Coordination with kitchen and dining room to expedite service. * Support in inventory and stock control. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety procedures. Requirements: * Minimum age of 25 years. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a bartender. * Experience in high-volume restaurants. * Knowledge of beverage preparation and fruit handling. * Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure. * Availability to work in La Molina. Schedule: * 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * 6 days per week. * 1 day off between Monday and Thursday. Employment Type: Full-time.
