We are currently seeking an **Inland Execution Administrative Assistant** to strengthen our operations team in Callao. **Purpose of the Role** ----------------------- You will be responsible for providing administrative support to land transportation operations, ensuring accurate management of settlements, allowances, and driver documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to performance indicator tracking, cross-functional coordination, and the continuous improvement of operational and financial processes. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Review and validate driver settlements in the system. * Manage allowance requests and verify compliance with internal policies. * Maintain consistent communication with drivers and operational teams. * Track and manage the submission of physical and digital documentation. * Monitor the status of expense reports and report progress to the team. * Coordinate follow-up meetings with relevant departments. * Process purchase order requests for tolls and fuel. * Support the review of settlement-related observations. * Assist in the administrative management of driver commissions. * Support the replacement of operational cards. * Update departmental dashboards and management indicators. * Provide administrative and operational support as required by the team. **Profile We Are Seeking** ----------------------- * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or operational roles related to transportation or logistics. * Basic English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and information tracking tools. * Experience using operational management systems or ERPs is desirable. **Competencies** ---------------- * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork. * Adaptability and change management. * Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage multiple tasks. \#LI\-EM1 \#RPO Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
