Job Summary: Newrest is seeking an Internal Auditor to conduct internal audits, verify compliance with policies, and strengthen the internal control system by preparing reports and recommendations. We are currently seeking an Internal Auditor to work in Callao, meeting the following profile: REQUIREMENTS \- Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \- Knowledge and experience with Power BI and SQL. \- Familiarity with national tax regulations. \- Knowledge of International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and IAS/IFRS standards. \- Experience in internal control for retail and/or food concession companies. \- Availability to work onsite in Callao (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM) RESPONSIBILITIES \- Conduct internal audits across administrative, accounting, and operational areas, including remote operations. \- Verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal regulations. \- Evaluate and strengthen the internal control system, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. \- Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans, and carry out appropriate follow-up. \- Perform control and audit testing, especially regarding cash handling and usage. \- Supervise proper implementation of procedures, policies, and operational systems (Winrest). \- Train new employees on processes, policies, and internal workflows. \- Support internal investigations and tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
