Job Summary: We are seeking a production assistant to support manufacturing operations for fasteners and fastening components, performing tasks related to order preparation and support for machine operators. Collaboration in various plant activities At FEJUCY SAC, a company dedicated to the manufacturing of fasteners and fastening components, we are looking for a production assistant to join our team. **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education * Minimum of 3 months’ experience in the metal-mechanical industry is desirable. **Responsibilities**: * Receive work orders. * Read work orders. * Prepare orders (packaging, weighing, counting). * Support press operators (material setup), forging operators (material preparation and removal from furnaces), CNC, rolling, as required. * Support any plant activity assigned by the plant supervisor. **Benefits**: * Full payroll registration with statutory benefits (CST, Bonus, Family Allowance, Profit Sharing, Vacation, etc.). * Paid overtime. * Bi-weekly and timely payments. * 50% food subsidy coverage. * Essalud insurance, SCTR insurance, and Life Insurance as mandated by law. * Base salary. **Location:** Av Industrial 3422 \- Independencia **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:15 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
