Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Advisor with expertise in multifamily property sales and mortgage lending to provide customer service and portfolio follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real estate sales customer counseling and support 2. Proactive client portfolio and CRM management 3. Requirements: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in the Real Estate Sector (apartments). Experience in sales involving mortgage financing and MIVIVIENDA. CRM proficiency. Responsibilities: Serve customers at physical points of sale and digital channels. Advise on project banking financing options. Manage and proactively follow up on the client portfolio. Participate in commercial activities both inside and outside the point of sale. Register and track clients in the company's CRM system.
