Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise Dry and Reefer container repairs and logistics, ensuring service quality in port operations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervisory role in Dry and Reefer container repairs 2. Coordination with suppliers for logistics services 3. Responsibility for container quality control REEFER LEADER Monitoring and control of Dry and Reefer container repairs. Functions Coordinate with the supplier responsible for container repairs. Supervise container repair work. Coordinate with suppliers on tasks to be performed, such as container cleaning, interior sweeping, box washing, etc. Perform any other related duties assigned within the scope of competence. Requirements Completed technical studies in Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Intermediate Office software proficiency Knowledge of refrigerated containers from brands Carrier, Starcool, Daikin, and Thermo King Mandatory Class A1 driver’s license (non-negotiable) Availability to work in Callao Benefits Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. 100% covered meals.
