Position Summary: Support clients in creativity, proposals, and budgeting, executing and managing key projects for business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion of organizational culture and a positive work environment. Support clients in creativity, proposals, and budgeting, always focusing on key projects. Execute assigned projects, actively participating according to internal processes. Support implementation and de-implementation of project assets, with focus on key projects. Coordinate and obtain quotations from suppliers for assigned projects, prioritizing key projects. Prepare final project reports. Manage and analyze project profitability and commercial objectives. Develop and manage the implementation of strategies for business growth and improvement, regarding sales and profitability. Update client status. Coordinate and/or propose improvements to BTL processes for greater efficiency. Manage resources appropriately to achieve profitability objectives. Report team member performance, if necessary. Motivate the team to complete internal growth activities. Promote organizational culture both in communication and action, from your role. Promote a positive work environment from your role.
