Job Summary: We are seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher to assist in the classroom, support students, and create teaching materials in an organized and continuously learning environment. Continuous training and supervision for growth. **POSITION: EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION TEACHER** REQUIREMENTS: · Technical degree in education; or final-cycle student/graduate in early childhood or primary education (MANDATORY). · In-person classes throughout the 2026 academic year (April to December) Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. · Minimum 1 year of experience. · Laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection (in case of remote work as mandated by MINSA or MINEDU). · Residence in areas adjacent to the Educational Institution (Breña, Cercado de Lima, Callao, San Miguel, Jesús María, Pueblo Libre, Magdalena). · Creative, assertive, cooperative, responsible, punctual, and empathetic professional. · Willingness to learn and openness to feedback. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist the classroom teacher in maintaining an organized and clean environment conducive to learning. * Support students’ work, especially those requiring additional assistance. * Assist in creating teaching materials, crafts, and classroom decoration with appropriate advance preparation. * Collaborate in all classroom and school activities. * Conduct physical education and/or psychomotor sessions, as well as assigned learning activities, following prior coordination with the classroom teacher.
