Job Summary: This role seeks a Law student or graduate to provide legal support in labor, immigration, and regulatory compliance matters, coordinating with the direct supervisor. Key Highlights: 1. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—and form part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Respond to SUNAFIL requirements for group companies. * Collect information and/or documentation required by law firms in judicial proceedings, following technical evaluation of relevance. * Define and prepare disciplinary measures for employees based on case-by-case analysis and coordination with the direct supervisor. * Respond to notarial letters concerning labor matters, in coordination with the direct supervisor. * Maintain up-to-date labor regulations matrix, administrative procedures, immigration procedures, and judicial procedures. * Resolve labor-related inquiries, in coordination with the direct supervisor. * Perform other similar functions related to labor, immigration, SUNAFIL, food, and union matters. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled Law student (minimum 7th semester) or Law graduate. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Intermediate English proficiency **Additional Information** * Ongoing training opportunities. * FOLA insurance * Hybrid work arrangement
