




Job Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing the billing process, leading the team of analysts, validating complex cases, and ensuring full end-to-end process traceability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership of the billing analysts team. 2. Coordination with business, accounting, and GBS. 3. Lead the analysts team (billing and submission). Validate complex billing and acceptance cases. Monitor SLAs for billing, submission, and acceptance. Coordinate with business, accounting, and GBS. Analyze KPIs (rejections, TTB, aging, errors). Identify operational risks and propose improvements. Ensure correct end\-to\-end process traceability. Lead audit response activities. Train and guide the team. **Requirements** * Graduates in Administration/International Business, Industrial Engineering or related technical or university degrees. * 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of billing processes. * Promote compliance with Compliance and Ethics policies. * Ensure comprehensive control of the billing \+ submission \+ acceptance process. * Guarantee quality and reliability of financial information. * Lead continuous improvement of the process. * Manage operational risks within the area. * Coordinate with multiple departments (local \+ GBS). **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * EPS coverage at 80% for the employee, spouse, and children up to 18 years of age. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
