In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Support invoice delivery to customers via portals, email, or other means. * Verify basic information prior to sending (customer details, attachments). * Record delivery evidence (emails, portals, confirmations). * Support tracking of sent invoices. * Report incidents (rejections, errors) to the responsible analyst. * Support the organization and document control of billing processes. * Comply with established process guidelines and SLAs. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Graduates in Accounting, Business Administration/International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related university or technical programs. * One (1) year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of invoice submission via portals. * Organized and patient. * Compliance with the Internal Regulations, Code of Integrity, and company Compliance policies. * Support adherence to billing and delivery processes defined by the department. * Maintain confidentiality of information. * Ensure accurate registration and proper filing of documentation. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * FOLA insurance. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
