Job Summary: Conduct food sampling, hygienic-sanitary inspections, preparation of inspection documents, and supervision of audits for a multinational company. Key Responsibilities: 1. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—contributing to the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Carry out food sampling and hygienic-sanitary inspection activities. * Prepare inspection-related documents. * Report non-conformities identified during inspections to the team leader and/or Coordinator. * Perform supervision of audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the following fields: Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Fisheries Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines. * Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in the industry. * Availability to work rotating shifts and travel. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Corporate agreements. * Applicable SGS benefits.
