In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** Supervise all operational activities of the business unit and ensure services are delivered in accordance with established procedures and customer expectations, thereby guaranteeing continuous improvement of internal processes and delivery of high-quality service. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience supervising inspection services (textiles or garments), testing, or certification processes such as Good Practices (GMP), ISO, among others. Knowledge of textile inspections (FRI for garments), pre-shipment inspections, ISO 17065, NTP 2859\-1 (sampling). Additional desirable knowledge includes Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001, technical loss analysis inspection processes, textile testing, or testing for hardgoods (toys, packaging, containers, etc.).
