Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Trainee to standardize processes, review stock levels, support attendance control, and coordinate production activities at the plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Information gathering to standardize processes 2. Management and monitoring of production indicators 3. Coordination of key activities in the production unit **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU:** **PRODUCTION TRAINEE** **Workplace:** **Los Olivos Plant** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Gathering information on the production process to standardize procedures. * Reviewing stock levels of consumables used at the plant. * Supporting weekly attendance control for the assigned workforce; tracking overtime hours, surcharges, and bonuses. * Managing indicators (updating, creating, and monitoring). * Coordinating weighing, crushing, and grinding activities across production units. * Coordinating the dispatch of production shift samples to the laboratories of production units. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Approximately 1 year of experience in industrial production plants, construction, cement, or hydrocarbons industries. * Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of continuous improvement, time reduction, production cycles, indicators, and reporting scales or reports
