Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant for an ice cream shop, responsible for cashier duties, shift closing, sales, order taking, and cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a **Customer Service Assistant \- PART TIME at Dalcello Ice Cream Shop located in Surco (Av. Caminos del Inca 1502\)** **Responsibilities** * Perform cashier duties (receipts and invoices). * Accurately manage shift closing procedures. * Apply suggestive selling techniques to maximize results. * Take orders via delivery apps and WhatsApp. * Maintain cleanliness of common areas (floors, restrooms, etc.). **Requirements** * Completed secondary education or students with incomplete studies in gastronomy, hospitality, administration, pastry, communications, or marketing. * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in the food and beverage industry. **Working Conditions** * MYPE payroll (optional) * 24 hours per week * **Salary: S/ 672** * Rotating schedules: Monday to Sunday with 1 rotating day off. From 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM (This is the time slot; only 4 hours \+ BREAK are worked) * Product discounts and flexible scheduling. Salary: S/.672\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
