




Position Summary: We are seeking an operational hub to ensure the center’s proper administrative and payroll operations, organizing daily operations, supervising key processes, and supporting the team to drive business growth. The person assuming this role will be responsible for ensuring that administration, people, and processes function with order, sound judgment, and continuity. They will work directly with Management and have a real impact on efficiency, workplace climate, and service quality. Role Purpose Ensure the center’s proper administrative **and payroll** operations by organizing daily operations, supervising key processes, and supporting the team—so the business grows with structure, control, and a human-centered service culture. What will you be responsible for? · Basic financial administration and control of the center. · **Comprehensive payroll management:** calculation, validation, incident handling, payment coordination, and reporting. · Coordination of daily operations (schedules, workflows, medical staff, and reception). · Supervision of suppliers, supplies, and administrative processes. · Preparation of reports for Management and support in budgeting and cost control. · Supervision and support of the operational team. · Prioritization and continuous process improvement. · Workplace climate care and alignment with company culture. We are looking for someone who: · Has at least 3 years of experience in administrative or operational roles with **payroll management**. · Uses **advanced Excel** for budgeting, payroll, and information analysis. · Understands basic accounting processes (cash handling, reconciliations, document control). · Possesses sound judgment to analyze information and support decision-making. · Is organized, reliable, and business-oriented. · Has strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus. · Values working in a healthcare and animal care environment (desirable). **Skills** · Business acumen and results orientation. · Experience in sales and customer service. · Organization, sound judgment, and continuous improvement mindset. · Empathy, customer focus, and service orientation. **Conditions:** · Work mode: On-site \- Surquillo · Schedule: Mon–Fri: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
