Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional with experience in administration and logistics to coordinate operations, manage teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Age between 28 and 50 years.
* Female.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the requested field.
* Knowledge of planning, directing, and controlling work team management.
* Responsibility and sound judgment at all levels.
* Vocation and experience in resolving critical situations.
* Education in Administration and/or Industrial Engineering.
* Knowledge of handling guides, invoices, and other administrative documents.
* Experience interacting with logistics personnel from different companies and/or end customers.
* Availability to maintain contact outside regular working hours.
* Advanced Excel knowledge.
* Residence in areas adjacent to Lince.
**SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:**
* Develop, validate, and implement work plans and programs.
* Design and maintain contingency plans for delivery or installation service disruptions.
* Administer and control associated risks and deviations from the original plan.
* Issue and schedule delivery routes and product deliveries to our customers until customer satisfaction is achieved.
* Ensure proper flow of materials, products, or resources by managing inventory, supply chain, and distribution.
* Schedule and provide installation services (carpets, blinds, curtains, laminated flooring, and other products commercialized by the company).
* Participate, as required, in various meetings necessary to achieve sales targets.
* Directly liaise with Sales Management and stay informed about issues involving team members under supervision.
* Coordinate with sales staff on various aspects related to product delivery or service provision and others.
* Submit daily and weekly reports on services rendered.
* Coordinate with drivers responsible for product deliveries (delivery guides and invoices must bear the recipient's signature and name).
* Monitor completed services.
* Coordinate with sales staff regarding delivery documents (invoices, guides, contracts, etc.).
* Oversee project supervision and final delivery to the customer.
* Handle internal and external conflicts diplomatically.
* Responsible for timely reporting of necessary billing information according to requirements.
**WORKING CONDITIONS:**
* Formal employment registration with MYPE payroll starting on day one.
* WORK HOURS: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month
