Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** Mission: Generate analytical proposals to deliver incremental value to commercial campaigns, monitor productivity KPIs, and ensure the efficiency of commercial communications within the allocated budget. Responsibilities: * Generate data-driven proposals to deliver incremental value to business commercial campaigns. * Monitor CRM productivity KPIs: OR, CTR, CTRO, and conversion rate of implemented campaigns. * Propose and monitor the implementation of CRM experiments (pilots, A/B testing), generate insights, and achieve defined business objectives. * Achieve operational efficiencies by automating commercial communications. * Manage the allocated budget for campaigns. * Analyze and optimize audiences for campaigns. * Implement use cases (models and analyses) in commercial campaigns. * Ensure a remarketing strategy. * Perform other responsibilities assigned by your direct manager to continuously improve this role. Requirements: * Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for creating and managing automated journeys. * Experience with omnichannel campaigns: Email, SMS, and Push Notifications. * Knowledge of lead distribution and prioritization across different sales channels. * Proficiency in Python (PySpark) for data processing and analysis. * Experience in customer segmentation. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
