Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with administrative experience to manage commercial and logistics processes, including demand assessment, quotations, and communication with customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages commercial processes from evaluation to application. 2. Manages customer relationships and service satisfaction. 3. Responsible for procurement management and logistics tracking. REQUIREMENTS: TECHNICIAN OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR RESPONSIBILITIES: \*Commercial: \- Evaluation of demands on SEACE or invitations to private procurement processes. \- Review and understanding of Terms of Reference (TDR) or technical conditions of procurement processes. \- Quotation preparation for public and private tenders and competitions; development and submission of cost structures, including collection of required information. \- Communication with customers to follow up on active contracts, ensuring service satisfaction as stipulated. \- Drafting of administrative documents and emails. \- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. \*Logistics: \- Procurement management, supplier quotations, and preparation of tracking guides. \- Development of delivery schedules based on frequency or need. \- Tracking of purchases and verification of compliance with requirements specified by the requesting user department. \- Control and organization of completed purchases.
