Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and attentive guard to monitor transports, identify risks, and ensure cargo security and protocol compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Constant surveillance and incident detection during transports. 2. Active communication with the driver and Control Center to report updates. 3. Commitment to security and compliance with internal regulations. **GUARD \- CALLAO ZONE** Requirements: \- Minimum 6 months of experience in security \- Completed secondary education \- Male \- Residence in areas adjacent to SMP/Callao/Los Olivos/Ventanilla (Mandatory) \- No criminal, police, or judicial records \- SUCAMEC license (Desirable) \- Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating 12-hour shifts Responsibilities: \- Continuously monitor transports, identifying risks or suspicious situations that may affect security. \- Detect incidents, roadblocks, or unsafe conditions during transit. \- Maintain contact with the driver and Control Center, reporting location, updates, and emergencies. \- Verify that vehicles remain together and that cargo, seals, or structure show no irregularities. \- Ensure adherence to designated routes, protocols, and established limits. \- Immediately report any anomalies, delays, deviations, or risk situations. \- Never abandon cargo; remain calm and follow protocols during incidents or robberies. \- Remain alert at all times, avoiding distractions, complying with internal regulations and maintaining appropriate appearance.
