Experience in help desk or user support for maintenance **Maintenance Technician (Administrative Role).** **What is the mission of this position?** To receive, manage, and follow up on customer maintenance requests. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Receive and/or register support requests. * Perform case analysis. * Create and update work orders. * Create and update work notifications. **What profile are we seeking?** * Minimum of two (2\) years of experience in similar roles within help desk or user support services in a maintenance environment * Technician graduated/certified in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. * Knowledge of ticket or request management in maintenance environments. **Other considerations:** * 24x7 availability required (rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, or night). * On-site work availability at Jorge Chavez International Airport is required.
