Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed Operations Monitor to oversee the execution of the yard plan, control service times, and report deviations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor vehicle and equipment flow, validating routes and priorities. 2. Record deviations, incidents, and idle times. 3. Coordinate with operators and supervisors to maintain operational flow. **We are looking for responsible and committed Operations Monitors to work at DPWORLD or TRANSTAINER facilities, on rotating shifts, with the ability to work under pressure, results-oriented mindset, and skills in continuous monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.** **Main Responsibilities:** \-Record deviations, incidents, and idle times, escalating them to the planning department. \-Supervise real-time execution of the yard plan, ensuring correct unit placement according to the operational layout. \-Control unit service and dwell times within the yard, identifying delays, causes, and responsible parties. \-Monitor vehicle and equipment flow, validating internal routes, authorized zones, and service priorities. \-Report process deviations (e.g., mispositioned units, delays, operator absences) and escalate critical cases. \-Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and coordinators to maintain operational flow. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience as an Operations Monitor or in similar roles. * Availability for full-time, on-site work. * Valid documentation supporting employment. **Benefits:** **Payroll enrollment from day one, SCTR, EsSalud, Life Insurance, 15 days of annual vacation, CTS at 50%, and 50% bonus.** Position Type: Full-time, On-site.
