What will be your responsibilities? * Conduct agency activities via TikTok Live. * Contact and follow up with represented content creators. * Promote our services. * Support digital strategies to attract talent and clients. What profile are we seeking? * Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service. * Strong communication skills and proactive attitude. * Basic social media proficiency (TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.). * Interest in human resources and recruitment. * Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
