




Position Summary: A Social Work professional focused on corporate social responsibility and labor legislation, managing procedures, insurance, and staff welfare, while contributing to occupational safety and health (OSH) and event execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages procedures at Essalud and administers employee insurance 2. Guides staff on insurance matters (SCTR, EPS, Life Insurance Law) 3. Contributes to Occupational Safety and Health and organizes events Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. · Knowledge of corporate social responsibility, labor legislation, and both social security and occupational health and safety. Responsibilities: · Manage Essalud procedures (e.g., subsidy recovery, registrations, maternity leave, etc.). · Handle employee insurance administration, including EPS, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law. · Guide staff regarding insurance matters (SCTR, EPS, Life Insurance Law). · Contribute to safeguarding aspects related to Occupational Safety and Health. · Monitor social cases. · Support implementation of the training plan with topics relevant to this area. · Organize company events (Employee Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day celebrations, Christmas celebrations, and others).
