Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to provide support in cargo dispatch, ensuring physical cargo matches documentation and security protocols are followed during shipment. Argentina Cdra. 57 / Near Mirones Bajo (Callao/Lima). SINCE THIS IS AN HOURLY POSITION, IT IS PREFERRED THAT CANDIDATES RESIDE NEARBY OR IN MIRONES... LOADINGS ARE HOURLY AND MAY OCCUR TWO OR THREE TIMES PER DAY. 1\. Role Summary We seek a proactive and organized individual to provide support in cargo dispatch. The position requires ensuring physical cargo matches documentation and that security protocols are complied with during the loading process. 2\. General Requirements * **Age:** 18 to 30 years old. * **Gender:** FEMALE / MALE * **Residence (Mandatory):** Must reside in areas adjacent to **Av. Argentina (Cdra. 50\-60\)**, **Mirones Bajo**, **Carmen de la Legua**, or areas of **Callao** near the industrial zone. This is critical due to the intermittent nature of the schedule. * **Availability:** Monday to Saturday, under a "call-in" or pre-scheduled basis for short shifts (average 2 to 3 hours). 3\. Technical Competencies * **Document Management:** Knowledge of reviewing and issuing Waybills (Sender/Carrier). * **Inventory Control:** Ability to accurately count packages (picking and packing lists). * **Cargo Security:** Basic understanding of unit sealing, safe stowage, and verification of packaging condition. * **Education:** Technical student in related fields. 4\. Main Responsibilities * Verify that the physical number of packages matches dispatch documents. * Issue and manage waybills and other transportation documents. * Supervise proper handling of cargo to prevent damage. * Report incidents or shortages immediately before vehicle departure. 5\. Soft Skills * **Extreme punctuality:** Due to tight time windows for loading operations. * **Attention to detail:** To avoid errors in counting and documentation. * **Assertive communication:** To coordinate with carriers and warehouse staff.
