Job Summary: We are seeking a charismatic Tourism Content Creator with advanced English proficiency to produce spontaneous and human-centered audiovisual content during tours in Ica and Lima. Key Highlights: 1. Create spontaneous and human-centered content about tourism experiences 2. Interact with domestic and international tourists 3. Actively collaborate with the marketing team We are looking for a charismatic, camera-confident individual with advanced English skills, capable of engaging with domestic and international tourists, to join our marketing team as a **Tourism Content Creator**. Responsibilities: * Attend tours in Ica and Lima weekly. * Conduct video and photo recordings during tourism experiences. * Interview tourists and generate spontaneous and human-centered content. * Actively collaborate with the marketing team. Employment Type: * 2 days on Paracas and Huacachina tours * 2 days on Lima tours * 1 day on a new, spontaneous, or cultural tour Requirements: * **Advanced English proficiency.** * Strong verbal communication skills, charisma, and confidence in front of the camera. * Interest in and knowledge of travel, general culture, and Peruvian history. * Passion for photography and audiovisual content. * Responsibility and punctuality. Benefits: * Salary: **S/ 2000 per month**. * Contract via service invoices (receipts for honoraria) for the first 3 months. * Formal employment contract thereafter (health insurance, vacation, AFP). * 2 days off per week. * Positive work environment and growth opportunities.
