Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for the Poke department, responsible for preparing and serving Poke bowls as well as cleaning duties, with rotating shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Active career path We are looking for a Cook for our locations in San Borja or Surquillo. **This position is for the Poke department.** Responsibilities include production preparation for the department, serving Poke bowls, departmental production, cleaning, etc. Rotating shifts totaling 48 hours per week: 8 hours of work plus 1 hour for lunch break. Shifts: From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm From 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm From 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm We provide meals, formal payroll from day one, a positive work environment, and an active career path.
