




Job Summary: Supports the preparation, baking, decoration, and packaging of pastry products while maintaining order and hygiene in the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assisting in baking, decoration, and packaging of products **Pastry Assistant (Plant) Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing pastry products according to recipes and established standards. * Prepare, weigh, and organize ingredients and raw materials prior to production. * Operate and assist in using bakery equipment and utensils, adhering to safety regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Assist in baking, cooling, basic decoration, and packaging of products. * Monitor proper rotation and storage of ingredients and finished products. * Support visual quality control and product presentation. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and occupational health regulations. Rotating shift schedule between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. (8 hours) Meals provided Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
