We promote equal opportunities and value talent At **CERUTI CARTONES**, a leader in the corrugated cardboard industry, we are looking for a **Mechanical Maintenance Technician** to join our Maintenance team. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment. * Assemble, disassemble, inspect, and monitor mechanical equipment. * Accurately record work orders, inspections, and other maintenance forms. * Promptly detect and report failures or anomalies to the Maintenance Leader. * Use procedures, drawings, manuals, and instructions to carry out tasks. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper care of assigned tools and equipment. * Comply with the preventive maintenance schedule and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. * Start up and shut down the boiler as required, following established procedures. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Technical graduate in **Mechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Heavy Machinery Maintenance, or related fields.** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial companies (preferred). * Repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. * Pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * Predictive monitoring. * Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings and assembly diagrams (preferred). * Availability to work in **Ñaña (Km. 18.5 Central Highway - Chaclacayo).** Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. / 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with one rotating day off per week. **OFFERED**: * Full-time employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Career development opportunity. * CTS, Bonus, Vacation, Profit-sharing, etc. * Overtime pay.
