The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of electrical and plumbing installations, painting work, and general infrastructure repair, including drywall and ceramic tile. **Responsibilities** * Perform electrical installations and repairs. * Perform plumbing installations and repairs. * Carry out interior and exterior painting work. * Repair and maintain general infrastructure, including drywall and ceramic tile. * Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues. * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of electrical and plumbing installations, painting work, and general infrastructure repair. * Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues. * Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills.
